Overview :
An induction sealer is a non-contact heating process that accomplishes the hermetic sealing of a container with a heat-sealable foil laminate. Now it is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, pesticides, lubricants, cosmetics, etc.
Induction sealing machines need very few power resources, have immediate start-up time, and have a sealing head that when sealing will comply without specification containers.
A more recent advancement (which better suits a limited number of applications) allows for an induction sealer to be used without the need for closure to add a foil seal to a jar.
In this case, pre-cut or in a reel, the foil is supplied. If shipped in a reel, the die is cut and moved to the container collar. It is pressed down by the seal head when the foil is in place, the induction sealer cycle is triggered and the seal is bonded to the container.

What is Induction Cap Sealing?
It is a system where the lining is sealed using induction heating on the mouth of the bottle inside the cap of the bottle.
The filled and sealed bottle is passed under the head of the cap sealing machine/induction sealing machine and the sealing is performed by a process of no-touch.
With the cap closed, this non-invasive procedure helps to achieve a hermetic seal on the container of the induction sealer and does not harm the contents. For plastic and glass containers of different sizes, induction sealing machine is extensively used.
