WIDE – (3 mm Heavy Duty Model)
Hand sealer or impulse sealer is the process of using heat and pressure to connect one thermoplastic to another similar thermoplastic. A continuously heated die or sealing bar is used by the direct contact method of heat sealing to apply heat to a particular contact area or route to seal or weld the thermoplastics together. For many applications, heat sealing is used, such as heat seal connectors, thermally activated adhesives, film media, plastic ports, or foil sealing.
